Dovetail: Understated gastronomy in NYC
★★★★★ A very sophisticated palette with very welcoming service
We go to places. We eat food. We are famous.
★★★★★ A very sophisticated palette with very welcoming service
★★☆☆☆ An old favorite deli struggles to maintain quality
★★★★☆ Excellent food in a slowly deteriorating space
★★★★★ You won’t find many restaurants like Salt. It’s a self-titled tasting room -- and that’s an apt description. Tina and I had a light lunch here that was simply delightful.
★★★★★ We first heard of this fine restaurant via Anthony Bourdain’s visit in 2008. Along with Tojo’s and Campagnolo (also on our list to visit), Vij’s was lauded as the best of the best. I’m a big fan of Indian, but Tina isn’t as much. So we stood in the cold and the rain alongside fifty or so people waiting for the doors to open at 5:30. Boy, I thought to myself, this better be worth it.
★★★★★ Great and accessible French food!
★★★★★ It's rare for any restaurant to be worth a long wait, and it's equally rare to live up to years of hype, But Oaxaca turned out to be every bit as good as we'd heard it would be -- and we'll be waiting in line to do it again soon!
★★★★☆ Great meal and terrific service!
★★★★☆ Sizable portions yet high quality
★★★★★ Best lunch in Pike Place Market!
★★★★☆ Could be the best burger in town!
★★★★★ One of the finest restaurants in the world - in Las Vegas
